What are we creating?
Everyone has that one Google Sheet where all the data is stored, right? Then another one gets added. And then another. Eventually, a “master of masters” appears — a spreadsheet that holds links to all other sheets in the company, plus access to the CRM and other tools needed for work.
Our main goal was to eliminate this problem by creating a solution that replaces the entire zoo of services with just one.

Data Analysis and Visualization
You’ll be able to view summary information for one, several, or all clients at once — unlike existing services that only show data for one client at a time.

In a single window, you get data from all your advertising accounts. The data is broken down by campaigns, keywords, and other structural elements of the advertising platform. It’s presented in a convenient format to help you make informed decisions.

You can check out an interactive demo by clicking the button. The demo includes several tabs, but it doesn’t feature more advanced reports like plan-vs-actual analysis for any period or comparisons of data across multiple periods by accounts, campaigns, or targeting settings.

Advertising Monitoring Automation
Entrust monitoring of all your advertising campaigns to a Telegram bot. Select the metrics you want to track: one, several, or all. Available options include: balance remaining, number of days the balance will last, number of leads, cost per lead, impressions, clicks, spend, traffic volume, and other campaign analytics metrics.

Notifications are available for the entire account as well as for individual campaigns and display conditions. Examples of notifications include:

  • Alert when a predefined metric is reached (e.g., balance drops to 39 USD or a campaign receives 20 clicks)

  • Alert if a target value is not met by a specific time (e.g., no conversions by 12:00 PM)

  • Any arithmetic conditions such as greater than, less than, equal to, etc. (e.g., campaign spend exceeds 59 USD)
In addition to rule-based notifications, you can set up regular updates on the overall status of your accounts, advertising campaigns, and display conditions: number of clicks, conversions, spend, and more. Simply choose the frequency of these notifications per day and the metrics you want to receive.

Advertising Analysis Recommendation System
It highlights problem areas that lead to lost profits and budget waste, and identifies opportunities for scalable growth.
No GPT chats or other trendy tools — only mathematical models and machine learning to improve accuracy. Based on statistical data, the bot calculates multiple alternative scenarios and suggests those it predicts will increase conversions while lowering their cost.
